To become a SER auditor, one needs to posses graduation degree / diploma and 5 days Lead Auditor course in the respective esteem of management systems. A candidate with science or engineering background is always preferred for the job of an Auditor. On receipt of written application from a candidate, he is assessed by SER for adequacy and suitability. He is required to attend minimum one certification audit as an observer before he could be qualified as SER Auditor. Every Auditor is qualified for specific WAS Codes which entitles him to conduct audits particular categories of activities, business & trade.
